Responsibilities
- Guide engineering teams on software architecture, best practices, and technology choices.
- Oversee project delivery from concept through production.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and drive delivery of product vision.
- Lead innovation and R&D efforts involving cloud, DevOps, AI modernization, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
- Design, develop, and maintain production-ready SaaS applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of .NET full-stack development experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development or engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in .NET and multiple programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, principles, best practices, SaaS application design, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or CloudFormation; and SQL or NoSQL database systems.
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale projects and demonstrating technical leadership and architectural design skills.
- Understanding of security best practices and frameworks, LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead teams, set technical direction, operate across levels of abstraction, and balance short- and long-term product goals.
