Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software systems for specific project stages or across the full product lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience with Openlink Endur is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in Openlink Endur is required.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience integrating software components across different platforms.
- Familiarity with software performance tuning and optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
