Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements for connected-experience scenarios.
- Create, implement, optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to improve product performance, maintainability, and effectiveness.
- Design and implement device-pairing and cross-device communication protocols, security and authentication capabilities, and cloud-service integrations.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, performance, monitoring, and operations at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: experience with DevOps for maintaining live services or application frameworks.
- Preferred: cloud and services experience, with Azure experience highly desirable.
- Preferred: familiarity with building mobile apps using iOS with Swift or Objective-C, or Android with Java or Kotlin.
