Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architectures addressing performance, capability, and scalability requirements.
- Own specific ServiceNow applications or modules and design component-level solutions.
- Translate requirements into high-level and low-level designs and contribute to design reviews.
- Lead architectural reviews, follow governance and best practices, and seek senior architect approval for key decisions.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, facilitate communication with business units, and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Make team decisions, mentor junior developers, and support team performance.
- Design interface-level integrations using REST and SOAP within ServiceNow environments.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management and strong knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and platform customization within ServiceNow environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
