Responsibilities

Analyse business processes with operational and product stakeholders and design and implement end-to-end solutions.
Participate in software design and architecture discussions.
Write clean, well-tested code in accordance with engineering standards.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to containerisation and cloud deployments.
Optimise, stabilise, and improve Air Perishables applications.
Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and technology colleagues to improve operational efficiency.
Evaluate emerging technologies and share recommendations.
Participate in stand-ups, planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
Strong foundational or production-level experience as a full-stack Java developer, including Java 17+, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, Git, Maven, and Docker.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, TypeScript, PWA, Ionic, PostgreSQL, MySQL, RESTful services, and Kafka.
Practical Agile or Kanban experience in distributed or international teams.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, resolve ambiguity, communicate effectively, and work in a global environment.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
Knowledge of Air Perishables operations and processes is advantageous.
