Base Salary
$146k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the target-state automation architecture, standards, patterns, and technology roadmaps.
- Provide technical direction, mentor architects and engineers, lead design sessions, and communicate architecture to technical and executive audiences.
- Architect and implement secure automation solutions across air-gapped infrastructure and AWS GovCloud environments.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code strategies using Ansible, Ansible Tower/AWX, and related automation technologies.
- Architect and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for secure, repeatable infrastructure deployment and configuration.
- Lead architecture reviews and document design decisions, tradeoffs, dependencies, and implementation standards.
- Analyze infrastructure and operational processes to identify, prioritize, and roadmap automation opportunities.
- Design automation for server provisioning, configuration, patching, lifecycle management, and decommissioning across RHEL and Windows Server.
- Perform continuous monitoring with Splunk for RHEL and Windows Server systems.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and 16 years of experience.
- At least 12 years of experience building and automating secure infrastructure across Federal Financial programs.
- Specialization in Infrastructure as Code with Ansible.
- Experience engineering CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Experience with continuous monitoring using Splunk for RHEL and Windows Server systems in air-gapped and AWS GovCloud environments.
- Experience with Ansible, Ansible Tower, or AWX.
- Proven Linux and Windows Server administration experience.
- Experience automating decommissioning and provisioning workflows.
- Willingness to undergo a customer-required pre-employment credit check.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow and ARIA.
Benefits
- Remote position.
- Target base salary range of $146,000 to $234,000.
- Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
