Base Salary
$190k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered features for requirement management.
- Build agentic workflows for systems and domain engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate language models for production use.
- Maintain infrastructure including data pipelines and observability tools.
- Work across the stack to deliver complete AI features.
- Collaborate with product teams and customers to identify and iterate on high-value workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in developing production software.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM providers and tooling.
- Familiarity with prompt design and retrieval-augmented systems.
- Ability to reason about tradeoffs in models and architectures.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
