Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop agent solutions and design scalable, maintainable software architectures.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software components for performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead project task coordination to support timely, high-quality delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical stakeholders and business teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in agent development is specified in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in agent development, Microsoft Copilot Studio, API Management, and Agentforce.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-functional system collaboration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
