Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Lightning Web Components.
- Design and implement REST API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Build, optimize, and maintain Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Perform deployments using Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, and SFDX.
- Configure and enhance Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
- Apply Salesforce best practices for bulkification, error handling, and test coverage.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce application performance.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with REST API integrations and external system connectivity.
- Proficiency in Apex, including Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Experience with Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, and SFDX.
- Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Agentforce, Agentic AI, Einstein, AI integrations, recommendation engines, SOQL/SOSL optimization, Salesforce security, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications.
