Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop complex Salesforce customizations, integrations, automation workflows, and scalable applications.
- Implement Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and related Salesforce artifacts.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders, product teams, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, deployment planning, and troubleshooting of operational issues.
- Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, security, compliance, data integrity, and platform best practices.
- Support integrations with external systems and document technical designs, configurations, and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior developers and guide team members on Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in development, automation, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform features, and emerging development practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional Salesforce development experience with demonstrated enterprise project delivery.
- Proficiency with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Experience architecting scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, and platform best practices.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Experience with version control and deployment tooling, including Git, Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprint planning, reviews, and delivery cycles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications.
- Preferred experience with Aura Components, JavaScript ES6+, Java, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Data Loader, Jenkins, Gearset, enterprise or multi-org implementations, data migration, testing automation, and release management.
- Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or large enterprise systems is a plus; equivalent experience from other sectors is acceptable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, adaptability, quality, security, and performance-focused skills.
