Base Salary
$145k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Follow software development practices for collaboration, feature enhancement, issue tracking, testing, development, and production deployment.
- Implement automation using Azure services, PowerShell, APIs, and parameter-driven declarative syntax.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and release validation efforts.
- Perform complex software systems programming, analysis, architecture design, testing, and documentation.
- Design cloud resources, database services, autoscaling, storage, security, and multi-tenant solutions compliant with DoD architecture standards.
- Automate Microsoft 365 tenant configurations through API endpoints and implement policy as code using platforms such as Ansible, Terraform, and M365DSC.
- Develop software design documents, technology white papers, and high-level system design diagrams.
- Perform quality assurance reviews and evaluate existing and new software products.
- Coordinate with project management on schedules and technical direction and help select development tools and approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of related experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with automation platforms and designing solutions to run at scale.
- Experience supporting cloud, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud resources, database services, autoscaling, and automation.
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Git or another distributed revision control system.
- Experience with PowerShell modules, Azure services, Microsoft 365 APIs, and policy-as-code platforms.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development management methods.
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP.
- Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
