Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft technologies.
- Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure using Azure, AI Builder, Copilot, and Dynamics 365.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models with Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and other Azure AI tools.
- Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot, and related architecture practices.
- Integrate Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
- Evaluate LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, orchestration patterns, and RAG architectures.
- Specify or implement AI platform improvements, including fine-tuning and training custom machine learning models.
- Optimize AI algorithms and conduct testing and validation for accuracy, reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, business stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and communicate recommendations.
- Document AI solutions and support platform improvements, troubleshooting, and delivery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience building web applications.
- Experience developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot, Azure, Azure DevOps, C#.NET, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with full lifecycle application testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with basic machine learning concepts and Enterprise Architecture patterns.
- Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications are desirable.
- Experience with delivery management and interacting directly with business users at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and mature judgment skills.

- Base compensation range is 80,000 to 95,652, with possible additional variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions.
