Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on applications, network, information security, database, operating system, and web technologies for complex enterprise needs.
- Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex, unique, and long-term technical challenges across multiple groups.
- Translate business objectives, enterprise technology environments, and strategic opportunities into technical engineering solutions.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on innovative business solutions.
- Track industry best practices and recommend technologies and innovations that improve operations or create competitive advantage.
- Engage strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise as an expert advisor.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Deep end-to-end generative AI expertise, including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LLMOps, observability, and production deployment.
- Strong expertise in agentic AI platforms and multi-agent architectures, including planning, reasoning, memory management, tool orchestration, workflow automation, and autonomous execution frameworks.
- Leadership experience with AI evaluations, benchmarking, model quality assurance, red teaming, safety testing, performance measurement, and continuous evaluation frameworks.
- Expertise in AI guardrails, responsible AI, generative AI governance, model lifecycle management, compliance, auditability, policy enforcement, risk controls, and enterprise governance frameworks.
- Understanding of generative AI cybersecurity risks and mitigations, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, model abuse, supply chain risks, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS.
