Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities involving the design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Serve as a technology subject matter expert for stakeholders, controls and compliance initiatives, projects, and technology domain roadmaps.
- Define system enhancements, recommend product customizations, and ensure integrations meet business goals.
- Design, implement, and deploy secure, testable, maintainable, efficient software components.
- Perform code reviews, improve development and testing processes, and identify and resolve technical problems and root causes.
- Train new team members and provide technical direction across software construction, testing, operation, and architecture.
- Lead resources and drive adoption of broader technology patterns, techniques, and innovations.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior-level experience in Enterprise Architecture with subject matter expertise in one or more areas.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking.
- Experience with enterprise cloud platforms including OSE, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, Tableau, SAS, and databases such as SQL and Oracle.
- Knowledge of automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing.
- Familiarity or experience with generative AI and emerging tools such as MS Copilot and Devin.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
