Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-scale applications with React.js and Java/Spring Boot.
- Build scalable microservices, APIs, and event-driven integrations.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, and Document Intelligence for media processing and data extraction.
- Develop secure, scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure, Kubernetes, and containerized platforms.
- Establish architecture standards for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Operations teams.
- Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience and 8+ years of experience with Java/Spring Boot, React, and modern web architectures.
- Experience with Node.js, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
- Experience integrating AI/ML technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, security, scalability, and DevSecOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions.
- Experience with audio, video, image processing, or media platforms.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience building generative AI solutions and enterprise AI applications.
- Background in public safety, healthcare, finance, government, or another highly regulated industry.
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Principal Engineer.

- U.S. national base pay range is $95,300–$158,800, with geographic differentials potentially applying.
