Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and operate high-scale applications across the full engineering stack.
- Design and develop cloud-native microservices and apply serverless, microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Integrate systems with existing internal systems, Data Fabric, and CSA Toolset.
- Participate in technology roadmaps, architecture discussions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team activities.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues affecting network or service operations and quality.
- Research and develop software applications to extend and improve Equifax solutions.
- Collaborate on scalability issues involving access to data and information.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code.
- At least 5 years of experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure and designing and developing cloud-native solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing Java and Spring Boot microservices using GCP SDKs and GKE/Kubernetes.
- At least 5 years of experience deploying and releasing software with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and using Helm Charts and Terraform constructs.
- Preferred experience with Dataflow, Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Google Cloud Storage, Composer/Airflow, Angular, Bootstrap, J2EE, SOA, SVN/Git, GitHub, Maven, Gradle, SQL Server, MySQL, JIRA, Confluence, JDK, JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, and SoapUI.
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or XP is preferred.
