Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, secure, and reliable end-to-end web platform features.
- Own critical parts of the codebase while balancing quality, scalability, and development speed.
- Use React, Node.js, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes to solve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Review code and mentor colleagues to raise the technical quality of the team.
- Contribute to infrastructure, integrations, architecture discussions, and continuous technical improvement.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping modern software products.
- Strong backend development skills and comfort working across the stack.
- Ability to write maintainable and secure code.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
- Enterprise-scale systems experience is a plus but not required.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
