Responsibilities
- Perform intermediate-level system analysis, application and database design, development, implementation, testing, and production support.
- Translate technical specifications into code for moderately complex projects and implement automated testing practices.
- Integrate third-party products, APIs, backend systems, and data pipelines while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Optimize database design, backend code, and system performance for scalability.
- Deploy applications across development, test, and production environments and submit required change-control documentation.
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections, systems analysis, and architecture-standard compliance.
- Maintain backend software documentation covering logic, processes, and architecture.
- Apply backend security and data protection best practices and comply with information technology and information security policies.
- Debug AWS and legacy systems, monitor and refine dashboards and SLOs, and resolve known problems using playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related B.E./B.Tech or BCA qualification.
- Experience with database design, SQL, and data optimization for high-performance applications.
- Experience or familiarity with API development, API integration, and third-party software integration.
- Required skills include Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, AWS, SQL queries, CI/CD, and TDD/BDD; Python is optional.
- Proficiency with Agile, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms and modern development tools is preferred.
- Adobe Experience Manager AWS Cloud background is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with front-end developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to support continuous process improvement, dashboard monitoring, SLO refinement, and playbook-based troubleshooting.
