Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of generative AI applications using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, AI engineers, AI experts, operations, and technical personnel to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Define AI/ML model development and application standards and recommend architectures with model builders.
- Provide targeted feedback and peer review for AI/ML and related team members.
- Translate user and business needs into model, development, and product recommendations.
- Integrate Azure AI services, APIs, and data pipelines into AI applications.
- Develop backend systems using Python and/or Golang with API-driven architecture.
- Build and operate cloud-native applications using containers, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Rancher.
- Collaborate on UI/UX design and rapid prototyping.
Requirements
- BS/BE degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and their application in agent-based and autonomous systems.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks and AI tooling ecosystems such as CrewAI.
- Proficiency with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and Translator.
- Understanding of Azure OpenAI GPT models, prompt engineering, function calling, tool use, and structured outputs.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience integrating AI services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in backend development using Python and/or Golang.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with vector databases.
- Working knowledge of React or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native development and containers.
- Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and platforms such as Rancher.
- Familiarity with Figma for rapid prototyping and design collaboration.
- Azure Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent cloud certifications are an added advantage.
