Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP CS order migration into S/4HANA Service Orders.
- Analyze legacy Customer Service order data and map it to relevant S/4HANA Service objects and structures.
- Support migration of Technical Asset Management data objects into S/4HANA.
- Define and implement data migration strategies using the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- Coordinate with SAP PM, Service, business, functional, technical, and data teams on migration dependencies.
- Identify dependencies among equipment, functional locations, installed base, service orders, and related master and transactional data.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members on SAP data migration and S/4HANA Service.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP data migration, including relevant SAP S/4HANA Service or CS experience.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Service and hands-on experience migrating SAP CS orders to S/4HANA Service Orders.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit.
- Experience with SAP PM and related master and transactional data.
- Experience supporting Technical Asset Management data migration objects.
- Understanding of SAP Service and CS business processes, including service orders, equipment, functional locations, installed base, and service-related master data.
- Understanding of integration among S/4HANA Service, SAP PM, and Technical Asset Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
