Responsibilities
- Drive AI-assisted development with Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, testing, and delivery.
- Design and maintain scalable financial data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Architect, build, and support integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows and reduce manual operational overhead.
- Translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into technical designs and comprehensive documentation.
- Advise executives on Oracle native AI capabilities and collaborate with Accounting, Data Engineering, Integration, product, and business teams.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Strong proficiency with relational databases, advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML web services.
- Experience with accounting process transformation, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture.
- Ability to translate accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Java is preferred.
- Experience with peripheral financial modules such as Tax and FCCS is preferred.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms is preferred.
