Responsibilities
- Own the CNAPP/CSPM process end-to-end, triage Wiz findings by exploitability and business impact, and drive remediation to SLA.
- Design and ship policy-as-code gates in Terraform pipelines using OPA/Rego, Checkov, tfsec, or equivalent tools.
- Define, document, and enforce a consistent security baseline across AWS, Azure, and GCP covering IAM, networking, KMS/encryption, and logging.
- Harden Kubernetes clusters, container images, and admission paths across EKS, AKS, and GKE.
- Set and enforce RBAC policies, admission controls, and image-scanning standards.
- Drive security fixes through engineering teams without direct authority, track SLAs, communicate risk, and escalate when necessary.
- Increase the share of cloud infrastructure managed through Terraform with active security checks and reduce critical production misconfigurations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in cloud security or platform/infrastructure security.
- Expertise in IAM, networking, KMS/encryption, and logging for at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on CNAPP/CSPM experience, with Wiz strongly preferred, including finding triage, prioritization, and remediation leadership.
- Production Terraform experience and policy-as-code implementation using OPA/Rego, Checkov, tfsec, or similar tools in CI/CD.
- Kubernetes security fundamentals covering RBAC, admission control, and image scanning.
- Scripting proficiency in Python or Go.
- Professional English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Experience across two or more cloud providers is preferred.
- CCSK, CKA, CKS, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- EKS, AKS, or GKE hardening and container runtime security experience is preferred.
- TypeScript or Go experience beyond scripting is preferred.
- SIEM or detection experience, including RunReveal, is preferred.
- SOC 2 or ISO 27001 cloud control evidence experience is preferred.
