Responsibilities
- Contribute to project-based assignments within the assigned Federal Reserve Bank department.
- Interpret data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, support decision-making, and measure impact.
- Present information verbally and respond to questions from small to medium groups.
- Collaborate professionally with internal and external clients, colleagues, Bank leadership, and fellow interns.
- Participate in professional development activities and build knowledge of the Federal Reserve System.
Requirements
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Be a current, matriculated student in an accredited program graduating in December 2027 or later.
- Maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA.
- Be able to work 40 hours per week for the full 10–12 week internship.
- Have intermediate working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, independence, and teamwork.
- Be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Be willing to complete additional screening, including education and employment verification, criminal and credit history checks, and reference checks.
Benefits
- Paid temporary full-time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks.
- Anticipated hourly compensation of $20 to $33, based on academic level.
- Internship starts June 7, 2027, or June 14, 2027.
