Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise UiPath automations.
- Participate in the full automation lifecycle from process analysis through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Build reusable automation components and frameworks across projects.
- Apply governance, development, and maintainability best practices.
- Leverage AI and Agentic AI capabilities where appropriate.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and delivery leads to identify automation opportunities and create technical workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Showcase and prototype new UiPath capabilities for customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UiPath development experience.
- Strong command of UiPath REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues, and API integrations.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is preferred.
- Understanding of automation design principles, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Scripting or development experience with VB.NET, C#, or Python is advantageous.
- Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, Test Automation, and AI integration is a strong plus.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
