Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software release cycles and maintain application compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Lead application configuration optimization to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Monitor application performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide SME guidance, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Manage team activities and make decisions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required; the posting additionally specifies a minimum of 8 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC is required.
- Experience configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and application development and support tools.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
