Base Salary
$190k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, and own Rally's CI/CD platform.
- Define and track DORA metrics to improve delivery velocity.
- Build on-demand ephemeral preview environments for large service footprints.
- Improve inner-loop developer workflows including build times and local tooling.
- Own Rally's full AWS stack and mature Terraform infrastructure.
- Maintain and evolve Rally's Datadog observability stack.
- Build automation tools and runbooks to reduce operational toil.
- Drive post-incident reviews and implement systemic improvements.
- Manage security and compliance, including container scanning and IAM enforcement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE.
- Deep AWS experience with ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, MSK, and DynamoDB.
- Proven experience with production Terraform and IaC maturity.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms.
- Strong fundamentals in observability.
