Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities and design appropriate architectural solutions.
- Provide governance and guidance for technology obsolescence, component reuse, platform modernization, and standards compliance.
- Design, document, communicate, and gain approval for scalable, reusable, resilient, and secure solution architectures.
- Participate in architecture reviews and assurance processes and influence the technology roadmap.
- Support implementation from infrastructure setup through delivery and assist with cost estimations during budget cycles.
- Enable development teams to deliver architectural designs through a light-touch approach.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a systems architecture technical role.
- Significant experience with the MEAN stack, .NET Core, Python, or other middleware technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with AWS as the primary platform.
- Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, microservice-based architecture, secure-by-design concepts, Secure DevOps, big data or data lakes, and application performance monitoring.
- Willingness to learn emerging AI tools and methodologies and collaborate with data architects.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
