Base Salary
$86k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer implementation projects for Pave’s compensation software and support adoption and business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end implementation project management, including plans, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery.
- Advise customers on compensation strategies, platform usage, and scalable organizational processes.
- Execute customer technical needs involving integrations, data migration, and configurations.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Surface customer needs and opportunities for platform improvements while building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a customer-facing Customer Success Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep experience with JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations.
- Proven project management, customer-facing communication, and technical skills.
- Ability to advise HR and Finance stakeholders on compensation challenges and business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and handling multiple responsibilities.
