Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and scale production-grade AI systems for internal operations and customer-facing commerce products.
- Develop AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal AI, and evaluation frameworks.
- Architect multi-step agentic workflows involving tools, memory, retrieval, planning, orchestration, and guardrails.
- Integrate AI systems with CRM, data platforms, Drive, Jira, support tools, internal knowledge bases, APIs, and business workflows.
- Ensure AI systems are reliable, observable, scalable, maintainable, secure, explainable, and production-ready.
- Run pilots and experiments, analyze usage and performance data, and improve accuracy, reliability, adoption, and user experience.
- Build reusable AI frameworks and standards, document systems and operating practices, and support organization-wide AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, applied AI, or related fields.
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience designing multi-step agentic workflows and retrieval systems.
- Experience evaluating AI systems and improving model performance.
- Experience deploying and operating production services in cloud environments.
- Strong English communication skills and a pragmatic, curious approach to building AI products.
