Responsibilities
- Act as a technical thought leader for AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic AI, and data platform capabilities.
- Design, build, and evolve enterprise-grade AI and cloud architectures for large-scale data, ML, and AI workloads.
- Shape the Allianz Data Platform, including data, ML, and generative AI platform services.
- Advise local implementation teams on best-practice use of platform capabilities.
- Evaluate and onboard cloud providers and third-party services for compute, storage, and AI/LLM capabilities.
- Define and maintain standards, operating procedures, and architectural guidelines for cloud and AI platforms.
- Translate emerging AI and cloud technologies into practical platform improvements.
- Ensure solutions meet security, data privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AI technologies, including ML, LLMs, and agentic AI, with knowledge of architecture, algorithms, and enterprise use cases.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, OCI, and modern data platforms such as Databricks.
- Proven ability to design scalable and resilient enterprise architectures integrating AI into existing systems.
- Experience with cloud migration, data management, security, and privacy best practices.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Cloud Architect, AI Engineer, or in a similar senior technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant Azure or AWS certifications are highly desirable.
- Fluent English and strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are required.
