Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of document templates across all supported insurance lines.
- Translate insurance product requirements into schema-driven, reusable templates.
- Develop, debug, and optimize document templates in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Maintain document quality by writing and executing test plans and validating outputs.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve document-related requests and incidents using Jira.
- Continuously improve templating tools, processes, and standards with software engineers.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on document behavior and configuration.
Requirements
- Strong passion for problem solving and debugging in complex systems.
- Experience in at least one scripting or programming language like Python or JavaScript.
- Comfort with or interest in learning HTML and templating technologies.
- Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously using tools like Jira.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and quality in customer-facing documents.
- Excited to learn and grow skills in technical expertise and insurance domain knowledge.
