Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own system development, maintenance, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Build backend tools that improve efficiency, streamline data processing, and reduce load times.
- Develop dashboards and visualization tools for global stakeholders.
- Work with large datasets and data pipelines supporting finance data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
- Partner with BI developers, finance, operations, and trading teams to maintain and improve the BP&A ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or another quantitative field.
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI and Jira.
- Experience working in containerized environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Cloud experience is required, with AWS experience preferred.
- React experience, exposure to finance processes, and AI/ML engineering experience are preferred or advantageous.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, business, and collaboration skills.
