Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable Java applications.
- Write clean, reusable code and develop unit and integration tests.
- Drive application architecture, lead code reviews, and guide technical discussions.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance, reliability, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- At least five years of hands-on Java application development experience.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with system design, architecture, and technical decision-making for enterprise-scale applications.
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.
- Experience with JUnit, Git, REST APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
