Base Salary
$86k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Move AI agents from prototypes into production with appropriate reliability, support, security, and Responsible AI standards.
- Build agents for new systems and maintain them through ongoing governance and support.
- Scale agents to broader user groups while owning bug fixes, features, and daily reliability.
- Implement evaluation and monitoring for agent quality, cost, usage, and early problem detection.
- Create reusable patterns and starter templates for consistent production-ready agent development.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems and workflows in partnership with data engineering, marketing engineering, and Responsible AI teams.
- Track changes in agent models and tools and apply useful developments to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, finance, engineering, or a related field plus 2 or more years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience taking AI, LLM, or agent-based solutions from prototype into production and owning them after launch.
- Production-grade programming experience, such as Python, and fluency with a major cloud platform, preferably Azure.
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, tool or function calling, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and evaluation.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot agents, and/or Model Context Protocol.
- Experience building evaluation harnesses and production observability or tracing for LLM systems.
- Experience with AI safety, guardrails, Responsible AI, enterprise integrations, authentication/SSO, data pipelines, compliance, and data residency.
- Background in marketing, creative, or content-production environments and evidence of shipped agents, integration complexity, and user adoption.
