Base Salary
$144k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new capabilities for personalized, real-time in-product engagement and Content Cards.
- Improve system reliability, performance, and platform foundations as the product scales.
- Drive complex initiatives from ambiguity through delivery.
- Help guide architectural decisions through strong technical leadership and thoughtful system design.
- Expand customer capabilities for presenting and orchestrating content across in-product channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Track record of providing technical leadership and driving complex projects from ambiguity to delivery.
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication, organizational, self-starting, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience building immense-scale, customer-facing platforms with high reliability requirements.
- Preferred professional experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with agile development processes is a bonus.
