Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve reference CI architectures for GitHub Actions.
- Partner with teams to redesign slow or fragile pipelines.
- Improve CI developer experience by making failures easier to diagnose.
- Build tooling and abstractions to ensure best practices are the default.
- Drive application-layer performance optimization.
- Establish observability metrics to inform architectural changes.
- Co-develop 'golden workflows & guardrails' with CI Platform.
Requirements
- Experience designing or evolving CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on ability to improve build and test performance.
- Deep familiarity with multi-platform build/test environments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with demonstrated systems thinking.
- Practical debugging skills to isolate bottlenecks and drive fixes.
- Comfort collaborating across teams and influencing without direct ownership.
