Responsibilities
- Architect and develop enterprise workflow, onboarding, and implementation applications.
- Design and deploy complex micro-frontend architectures using Webpack Module Federation.
- Build loosely coupled Java microservices and related web service integrations.
- Design solutions using message-oriented middleware, including Kafka and Apache MQ over SSL.
- Develop and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Apply LLMs to document management and use AI development tools to deliver solutions independently.
- Lead or support highly skilled, diverse technical teams in a global environment.
- Work with BPM tools and open-source workflow technologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience architecting and developing enterprise workflow applications.
- At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture for onboarding and implementation systems.
- Deep experience with AI development tools and LLM-based document management.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying micro-frontend architectures with Webpack Module Federation.
- Deep expertise in at least one modern frontend framework, preferably Angular; React or Vue.js experience is valuable.
- Hands-on experience with Java 10+ and Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, JPA, Maven or Gradle, web sockets, and open-source technologies.
- Experience designing and developing message-oriented middleware solutions using technologies such as Kafka and Apache MQ over SSL.
- Experience with REST, JSON, SOAP, JAXB, and JAX-WS web service technologies.
- Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with XML, JSON, Protobuf, and schema or descriptor languages.
- Experience leading highly skilled, diverse technical teams in a global setting is preferred.
- Experience with BPM tools such as IBM BAW and open-source workflow tools is an advantage.
