Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain custom ServiceNow software solutions and application components.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Use scripting, automation, and integration techniques to extend ServiceNow and connect it with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs for connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
