Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance BigCommerce-based B2B eCommerce solutions with custom pricing, account management, multi-level roles, bulk ordering, reordering, and RFQ workflows.
- Customize checkout, payment capabilities, shipping provider integrations, tax exemptions, volume discounts, and credit-limit workflows.
- Build robust integrations using BigCommerce APIs, webhooks, and GraphQL, including integrations with Salesforce and SAP.
- Implement headless BigCommerce solutions integrated with CMS platforms or custom front ends.
- Provide hands-on support for BigCommerce B2B applications and follow established support processes.
- Collaborate with technical leads and solutions architects on system integrations and deliver work within fixed sprints.
Requirements
- Any degree with strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency with BigCommerce, including the Stencil framework, Storefront APIs, and BigCommerce Admin API.
- Hands-on experience with B2B customer groups, advanced pricing rules, catalog segmentation, multi-user accounts, role-based permissions, and advanced reporting.
- Knowledge of B2B payment and shipping methods and tax compliance requirements.
- Expertise with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and React; Node.js experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Ability to research and solve problems, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively.
