Base Salary

$108k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, secure, maintainable Salesforce architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
  • Lead technical design sessions, translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, and advise stakeholders on platform capabilities and roadmaps.
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce development and configuration using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, flows, security models, and automation.
  • Design and implement integrations with external enterprise systems, including data migration, transformation, synchronization, governance, and compliance initiatives.
  • Develop testing strategies, conduct code reviews, support CI/CD and DevOps processes, and handle deployments, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor developers, administrators, and project teams while collaborating with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions and at least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Experience with contact centers, federal government programs, regulated environments, and leading complex Salesforce projects and technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, integration patterns, enterprise architecture, and platform best practices.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern web application development frameworks, along with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
  • Additional experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge Management, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein, predictive analytics, FedRAMP, NIST, and government security compliance is valued.
