Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support the business-critical Verification platform.
- Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, performant, and reliable software systems.
- Own technical solutions and their hands-on delivery from development through production.
- Apply governance to solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Lead a small team of developers through solution design and development.
- Act as a technical escalation point during and outside office hours.
- Estimate work, produce solution documentation, and ensure accurate delivery of effort.
- Mentor and coach team members while distributing technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience developing high-availability, multi-browser-compatible software.
- Experience working with high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems.
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, and TypeScript; equivalent or alternative technologies are welcomed.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Strong problem-solving, technical documentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- High standards of work, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
