Base Salary
$130k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integration and regression tests for distributed systems.
- Own and maintain the CI/CD testing infrastructure and pipeline.
- Ensure code releases meet quality standards before shipping to customers.
- Identify test coverage gaps and build tools or frameworks to address them.
- Investigate and diagnose build failures, flaky tests, and regressions.
- Contribute to feature development, tooling, and other engineering efforts when appropriate.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Test Engineering, DevOps, or QA with a strong technical background.
- Demonstrated ability to build automated test scripts using a programming language.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest or Playwright.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take ownership in a startup environment.
