Base Salary

$93k - $108k/yr

Responsibilities

Execute vehicle-level smoke, regression, integration, functional verification, bug-fix validation, and release testing.
Perform ad-hoc and exploratory testing to assess feature maturity and software stability.
Manage the test fleet by installing OTA updates, maintaining configurations, and instrumenting vehicles for debug and validation data.
Triage vehicle-level issues and collaborate with engineering, integration, validation, and technician teams on root-cause analysis and resolution.
Support vehicle preparation, upkeep, and debugging for the broader test and technician community.

At least 2 years of experience in automotive software testing, test or factory operations, or automotive diagnosis and repair; 3+ years is preferred.
Working knowledge of automotive electrical systems, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and relevant debugging tools.
Understanding of dependencies between electrical and mechanical systems.
Strong understanding of vehicle safety concepts and testing-related safety procedures.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Professional prototype test-vehicle driving experience, systems engineering, automotive network architecture, and vehicle integration experience are preferred.
Ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, and work in a fast-paced development environment.
Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
