Base Salary
$102k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support partner onboarding, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and configure sell-side ad tech solutions.
- Develop basic custom solutions, reusable code samples, and technical implementations for partner needs.
- Create technical documentation, training materials, code samples, and knowledge-base articles.
- Provide product and engineering teams with technical feedback, bug reports, and suggested improvements.
- Contribute to technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting of project deliverables.
- Share technical best practices and help improve internal technical support tools and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience with system design or reading code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience configuring technical solutions to meet specific requirements is preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration and platform functionality issues is preferred.
- Technical documentation, training-material, troubleshooting-guide, and partner-enablement skills are preferred.
- Foundational programming skills for custom solutions, integration testing, and reusable code samples are preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with product and engineering teams are preferred.
