Responsibilities
- Investigate, plan, gather requirements, design, develop, test, document, analyze, and support software systems and applications.
- Design and develop reusable software tools and subsystems while interpreting software requirements and design specifications.
- Code, integrate, test, debug, and refine software components to meet project objectives.
- Analyze functional business applications across finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
- Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts and translate detailed designs into software.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and enhance software efficiency.
- Provide technical direction to programmers to help meet project deadlines.
- Implement Oracle APEX and PL/SQL applications with integrations using REST API calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 9 years of directly related experience.
- Experience designing information systems and programming applications on large-scale database management systems.
- Experience developing complex software to satisfy design objectives.
- Required experience with Oracle APEX and PL/SQL development.
- Experience implementing integrations using REST API calls.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- JavaScript and Oracle EBS Financials experience are desired.
- Experience implementing AI capabilities in Oracle APEX is a plus.
