Responsibilities
- Investigate, plan, gather requirements, design, develop, test, document, analyze, and support software systems and applications.
- Design and develop reusable software tools and subsystems for complex business applications.
- Interpret software requirements and design specifications, code and integrate software components, and test them against project objectives.
- Analyze applications across finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts domains.
- Translate detailed designs into software, develop logic flows, test and debug applications, and refine software quality.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and enhance software efficiency.
- Provide technical direction to programmers to support project deadlines.
- Implement integrations using REST API calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least 9 years of directly related experience.
- Experience designing information systems and programming applications for large-scale database management systems.
- Required Oracle APEX and PL/SQL development experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- JavaScript and Oracle EBS Financials experience are preferred.
- Experience implementing AI capabilities in Oracle APEX is preferred.
