Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain clear, well-structured, well-tested software.
- Break down and solve complex problems through research and collaboration.
- Use multiple levels of automated testing, including unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing.
- Mentor new and less-experienced team members.
- Lead design and feature discussions and advocate for improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Coordinate with other teams to integrate software applications successfully.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents quickly and effectively.
- Understand and address customer needs and issues with empathy and timeliness.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in a typed, object-oriented programming language.
- Deep knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and common architectural patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, learn continuously, and deliver expected results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
