Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production-grade security software using modern development practices and AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code automation for provisioning and managing security systems across global environments.
- Develop and maintain Configuration-as-Code for security policy governance and deploy changes through CI/CD pipelines.
- Support application control policies, secure internet access solutions, SASE architectures, TLS inspection, and secure browser technologies.
- Design AI-agent integrations for security workflows and maintain shared system context for reliable AI-assisted operations.
- Evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with Security, Information Technology, and CSIRT teams to improve security controls.
- Document security processes and procedures and implement improvements to security systems and workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a large-scale enterprise security environment.
- Experience building software with Golang, Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience automating infrastructure or operational workflows with Bash, Python, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Proficiency with container-based development and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of AWS infrastructure and services, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor, including advanced prompt engineering and system-context development.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining security process and procedure documentation.
- Preferred experience includes DevSecOps, application control, secure browser technologies, Socket firewall, Proofpoint, SASE platforms, and securing AI or LLM workflows.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Security+, or a similar security or network certification.

- The stated base salary range is $117,200–$176,700 annually, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
