Responsibilities
- Build and design large-scale machine learning algorithms for real-time creator-interest modeling and conversion optimization.
- Optimize commodity relationship mining, recommendation ranking, and recall for creators' product recommendations.
- Analyze large-scale merchant and creator behavior to develop targeted algorithm strategies.
- Support scalable and optimized AI/ML models in production.
- Build algorithms for extracting, transforming, and loading large volumes of real-time unstructured data for AI/ML deployment.
- Run experiments to evaluate deployed models and identify and resolve bugs.
- Apply statistics, scripting, programming, and deployed software platforms in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with C++ and Python.
- Proficiency with at least one big-data tool, such as Hive SQL, Spark, or MapReduce.
- Proficiency with at least one deep-learning tool, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Applied machine learning experience with algorithms including collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, factorization machines, Word2vec, logistic regression, gradient boosting trees, and deep neural networks.
- Industry experience in personalized recommendation, online advertising, information retrieval, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include strong learning ability, communication and collaboration skills, enthusiasm for solving challenging technical problems, and publications at relevant conferences.
