Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise-grade, scalable integration solutions.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects from design to operational support.
- Mentor engineers to establish standards for robust integrations.
- Serve as a link between customers and product/engineering teams.
- Leverage AI-driven workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Create customer-facing launch plans and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and review code, providing actionable feedback.
- Share best practices with the product team and advocate for customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
- Expertise in Python, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
- Deep knowledge of scalable integration patterns and data streaming technologies.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data pipeline tooling.
- Proven track record of customer engagement and relationship building.
- Proficiency in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with GitHub and Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
